1. Sales Analyst
Persyaratan:
  • 2-6 years in sales operations experiences (sales, enablement, operations, marketing)
  • Sound understanding and experience of digital Ads Ecosystem both Online and Offline
  • Experience leveraging sales enablement tools (CRM, Content, Marketing Automation, Sales Force)
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and enforcing cross functional processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects


2. Government Key Account Manager
Persyaratan:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of key account management and/or sales experience within a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B, enterprise or corporate environment (direct customer facing role). Proven and successful track record in establishing strong client relationships. A suitable candidate will have an impressive track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network with customers and the overall Grab business.
  • Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in business sales and account management. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
  • Proficiency in customer experience tools (CRM tools, reporting dashboards)
  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging on relationships and professional networks (inside and outside Grab) to strategically position, pitch and enable adoption of Grab for Business Solution and other portfolio that may added moving forward.


3. Key Account Manager
Persyaratan:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience of sales business development, account management or operations
  • Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
  • An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
  • Proficient in English is a plus
  • Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
  • Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to be under contract status 6 months


4. Supply Chain and Legal Assistant Manager
Persyaratan:

5. Ad Operations Associate
Persyaratan:
  • 2+ years of Digital Advertising Campaign Operations experience
  • Working knowledge of ad servers, advertising analytics platforms, ad verification tools, and DMPs
  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to transmit across various levels of stakeholder
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, including ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Experience in project management from both strategic and operational perspectives

6. Channel Partner Manager (Digital)
Persyaratan:
  • 7-10 years experience in media and ad sales teams with at least 4 years in channel management
  • Sound understanding and experience of digital ads ecosystem and navigating challenges in the channels space
  • Have experience in digital media or publisher partnership, reseller is a MUST
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong Sales Tool/CRM experience
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets


7. Head, Demand Planning Marketing Strategy
Persyaratan:
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in technology firms, financial services or top tier management consulting
  • Proven track record of senior stakeholder management
  • Confident in processing and analysing complex data sets using Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with customer lifecycle management is preferred but not essential
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
  • Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
  • A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done



8. Manager Marketing
Persyaratan:
  • At least 6 years management experience of Marketing (Brand Management, Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative) with a successful record in developing integrated strategy and managing Campaigns.
  • Goal and results oriented: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for marketing through different channels
